What are you most proud of?
We are currently repair a landslide job in San Diego. It took us 6 months to get through the city of San Diego's building Dept. with all the new code and protocol issues that were installed about 12 months ago. Our client is very happy that we were able to address every obstacle the city put before this project. We addressed every engineering concern with high quality documentation. The new policy's of the city is no longer supportive to the home owner in getting a permit, but focused on fees that can be charged to get the permit, which means stringing the permit process out. This should have been a 40 to 50 day permit and it took 6 months.
